The real estate development arm of the Piramal Group has unveiled its latest campaign, ‘Built. Delivered. Thriving.’, for Piramal Vaikunth in Balkum, Thane. The campaign marks the next phase of the residential development and accompanies the launch of Phase 2.
The campaign is built around the idea that design lays the foundation, while consistent delivery builds trust and helps create thriving communities. It traces Piramal Vaikunth’s journey from a planned residential township to an established community.
Piramal Realty said the development has already delivered 14 residential towers and 3,000 homes, along with Thane’s first ISKCON temple within a residential development, the Sri Sri Radha Govindadeva Mandir. The township also includes the approximately 50,000 sq ft Club V clubhouse and supporting social infrastructure.
“Most real estate communication focuses on what is yet to come. With ‘Built. Delivered. Thriving.’, we wanted to shift the conversation to what has already been delivered,” said Piramal Realty CEO Abhijeet Maheshwari.
He said the campaign reflects Piramal Vaikunth’s evolution from a thoughtfully planned township into a flourishing community, shaped by consistent delivery and the everyday experiences of its residents.
The campaign will run across outdoor, print, digital and social media platforms, with a series of creatives showcasing the development’s evolution and the launch of Phase 2.
Visually, the campaign draws from the flora at Piramal Vaikunth. Its layered use of colour, light and depth is designed to capture the energy and warmth of an established township, moving the narrative beyond construction towards a lived-in community.
With ‘Built. Delivered. Thriving.’, Piramal Realty is positioning Piramal Vaikunth not simply as a project under development, but as an established residential ecosystem that continues to evolve with its residents.
