The company has announced the appointment of Preeti Rai as president of sales & strategy as it makes its entry into the Gurugram real estate market. With more than two decades of experience in large-scale residential and commercial developments, Preeti brings deep expertise in sales strategy and execution excellence.
In her new role, she will lead Origen Realty’s sales and go-to-market strategy, focusing on establishing a strong market presence and building a high-performance sales ecosystem aligned with the company’s development plans.

She has also held key positions with leading developers including DLF Universal Ltd, Today Homes & Infrastructure, Paras Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., and Ambience Infrastructure Ltd. Her experience spans channel sales, corporate sales, leasing, and end-to-end deal execution.
