Jenika Ventures rolls out ‘Real Estate Ki Home Delivery’ radio campaign

Property advisory firm aims to simplify home buying with doorstep consultations

NEW DELHI: House hunting may soon sound less like a marathon and more like a doorstep delivery. Jenika Ventures has launched a new radio-led campaign titled Real Estate Ki Home Delivery, pitching a more convenient way for Indians to search for homes without spending weekends hopping between project sites.

Built around the idea of bringing property consultations directly to customers, the campaign aims to simplify the often exhausting home-buying process through personalised recommendations, expert guidance and technology-enabled property discovery, all from the comfort of home.

The initiative targets buyers who are increasingly looking for convenience, transparency and customised solutions while navigating India’s crowded real estate market.

Traditionally, property seekers spend weeks visiting multiple projects, comparing locations and coordinating meetings with brokers and developers. Jenika Ventures is attempting to shorten that cycle by curating property options and consultations remotely, allowing families to evaluate choices without repeated travel, especially during extreme weather conditions.

The company currently operates across cities including New Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Speaking about the campaign, Jenika Ventures founder and chief executive officer Abhishek Raj said today’s buyers expect a more streamlined and informative experience.

“Homebuyers today want better home-buying experiences that provide straightforward information. The campaign exists to guarantee that customers only need to use our single platform,” Jenika Ventures founder and chief executive officer Abhishek Raj said.

Alongside convenience, the company says the campaign will also offer exclusive benefits and monetary incentives aimed at making the buying process more rewarding for customers.

The campaign reflects a broader shift within India’s real estate sector, where advisory firms are increasingly borrowing ideas from e-commerce and digital services to create faster, more personalised consumer experiences.

With Real Estate Ki Home Delivery, Jenika Ventures is betting that in India’s evolving property market, the next big selling point may not just be the home itself, but how easily it reaches the buyer.
