Jenika Ventures launches 36 day property festival with buy one get one offer

The Billionaires Property Festival offers eligible homebuyers free office space and office buyers a complimentary plot

MUMBAI: In a property market where buying one address can be a lifetime commitment, Jenika Ventures is offering buyers a second one for the deal. The real estate company has launched The Billionaires Property Festival, a 36-day campaign built around a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ proposition that pairs residential, commercial and land ownership under a single offer.

Launched on 11 October 2026, the initiative gives eligible customers purchasing a home the opportunity to receive office space at no additional cost, while those buying an office can receive a plot free of charge. The offer is subject to applicable terms and conditions, although the company’s announcement does not specify the locations, sizes or values of the additional properties.

Rather than relying on conventional price cuts, the festival is structured around the possibility of acquiring a second asset alongside a primary property purchase. The proposition encourages buyers to consider whether a home, office or plot could serve different purposes as their personal circumstances, business requirements and long-term plans evolve.

For a homebuyer, the offer presents the prospect of adding commercial space to a residential purchase. For a business owner or commercial property buyer, the complimentary plot could offer another avenue for future use or investment. However, the practical value of the offer will depend on the properties available, their locations and the detailed conditions attached to each transaction.

Jenika Ventures promoter Abhishek Raj said the festival was designed to make a property purchase an opportunity to own an additional asset. He described the ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ proposition as a different way of structuring property offers, allowing eligible homebuyers to receive office space and office buyers to receive a plot, subject to the applicable conditions.

The 36-day campaign brings three property categories residential homes, commercial office space and land together under one initiative. This gives the offer a broader scope than a conventional promotion focused solely on discounts on apartments or commercial units.

The proposition also taps into the idea of property ownership as a long-term decision rather than a purchase driven only by immediate needs. A home may address a buyer’s residential requirements today, while commercial space or land could serve a different purpose in the future. By combining two asset categories, Jenika Ventures is seeking to widen the appeal of its offering to prospective buyers considering more than one property type.

Yet, as with any offer involving high-value assets, the headline promise is only part of the equation. Buyers will need to assess the eligibility criteria, the precise terms governing the complimentary property and the details of the primary purchase before determining the overall value of the deal. The company’s announcement does not disclose the total number of properties covered by the campaign or the monetary value of the free assets.

The festival’s defining feature is therefore its attempt to shift the conversation from buying property at a reduced price to acquiring an additional asset through the same transaction. Whether that proposition translates into stronger buyer interest will depend on how the offer is structured and how closely the available properties match customers’ requirements.

With its 36-day window, The Billionaires Property Festival positions the additional-property offer as the centrepiece of Jenika Ventures’ latest campaign. For prospective buyers, the opportunity may broaden the possibilities of a property purchase provided the terms, locations and value of the second asset make sense beyond the promotional headline.
