Jenika Ventures launches 36-day property festival with ‘buy one, get one free’ offer

Buyers can get office space free with a home purchase or a plot with an office, subject to terms

MUMBAI: Buy a home and get office space free, or purchase an office and walk away with a plot. Real estate company Jenika Ventures has launched its 36-day Billionaires Property Festival, offering eligible buyers an additional property under a ‘buy one, get one free’ campaign.

Launched on 11 October 2026, the initiative brings residential property, commercial office space and land ownership under a single offer. The benefits are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Unlike conventional property campaigns that focus on price discounts, Jenika Ventures is positioning the festival around the opportunity to acquire a second asset alongside a primary purchase. The company says the offer is designed to encourage buyers to consider broader ownership opportunities based on their personal plans, business needs and long-term goals.

Commenting on the campaign, Jenika Ventures promoter Abhishek Raj said, “The Billionaires Property Festival is built around a bold idea: make a property purchase an opportunity to own an additional asset. Our ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ proposition allows eligible customers purchasing a home to receive office space, while those purchasing an office can receive a plot, subject to applicable terms and conditions. We see this as a distinctive step in how property offers can be structured, giving buyers another reason to consider the wider possibilities of property ownership.”

The 36-day campaign seeks to offer an alternative to conventional real estate promotions by linking a primary property purchase with the opportunity to acquire an additional asset. The company has not detailed the specific properties covered by the offer in the announcement, with eligibility and benefits subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
