Century Real Estate launches ‘It’s All Happening Here’ campaign for its 50-acre Bengaluru mixed-use project

The Jakkur development on Airport Road is being positioned as a globally benchmarked urban destination, with an AI-produced campaign film that pulls cultural references from Hong Kong to Paris to Japan

BENGALURU: Century Real Estate has a bold claim to make about North Bengaluru: that the world is coming to Jakkur. The Bengaluru developer has unveiled a full-scale marketing campaign for Century Immencity, its upcoming 50-plus-acre mixed-use destination on Airport Road, positioning the project as an always-on urban ecosystem where work, leisure, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, events and culture converge under one address.

The campaign, anchored by the line “It’s All Happening Here,” has been rolled out across IPL broadcast, digital platforms and out-of-home advertising. It was preceded by a city-wide teaser in February, when cryptic billboards and visual snippets began appearing across Bengaluru, hinting at dining, leisure and social experiences without revealing the project behind them.

The campaign film goes further. It opens with a sweep of global cultural references: Hong Kong-inspired dining, Vienna’s ballet and opera, Parisian luxury ateliers, live music from the United States, Scandinavian design and Japan’s cherry blossom landscapes. Each reference then vanishes from its original setting and reappears within Century Immencity, landing the message that a globally benchmarked destination is taking shape on Airport Road. The spaces featured include the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier and five-star hospitality offerings.

The film was produced using AI-led production techniques, which the company says allowed it to visualise a cinematic, multi-continent narrative at a scale that would otherwise have been prohibitive.

Vikas Nair, head of marketing and communications at Century Real Estate, said the project was conceived as more than a development. “It was conceived as a globally benchmarked urban ecosystem where culture, business, hospitality, leisure and community seamlessly converge,” he said. “Leveraging AI-led storytelling enabled us to think and create at a much grander scale, bringing together global cultural inspirations, immersive experiences and cinematic narratives in a seamless way.”

The campaign was created by agency The Huddle.

Century Real Estate, founded in 1973 by P Dayananda Pai and P Satish Pai, has a land bank of over 3,000 acres and a development portfolio of more than 25 million square feet across residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional assets. The company is managed by managing director P Ravindra Pai.

North Bengaluru’s Airport Road corridor has been building momentum for years, fuelled by infrastructure investment and the pull of Kempegowda International Airport. Century is betting that Immencity can define what that corridor becomes. If the campaign is anything to go by, it is not thinking small.
