Adani Realty names Harinder Dhillon as head – sales and marketing, Delhi-NCR

Real estate veteran joins to drive growth across Gurugram and Noida markets

NEW DELHI: Adani Realty has appointed Harinder Dhillon as head – sales and marketing, Delhi-NCR, tasking the industry veteran with steering the company’s sales and marketing operations across the key growth markets of Gurugram and Noida.

The appointment comes as Adani Realty continues to expand its presence in the National Capital Region, one of India’s most competitive and fast-evolving property markets. Dhillon will be responsible for driving sales growth, sharpening market positioning, enhancing customer engagement and leading go-to-market strategies across the company’s growing portfolio in the region.

With more than 28 years of experience spanning real estate, banking and customer-focused businesses, Dhillon brings a deep understanding of revenue generation, channel management, customer acquisition and strategic business development.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions at several prominent organisations, including DLF, BPTP, ATS Infrastructure, Damac Properties, Raheja Developers and ICICI Bank. During this time, he led high-performing sales teams and played a key role in launching residential projects, commercial developments, retail destinations and integrated townships across multiple markets.

His appointment reflects Adani Realty’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership bench as demand for premium residential and mixed-use developments remains strong in Delhi-NCR. Industry observers have increasingly highlighted Gurugram and Noida as major growth hubs, fuelled by infrastructure upgrades, rising incomes and sustained homebuyer interest.

Commenting on his new role, Harinder Dhillon said: “I am delighted to join Adani Realty at a time when the company is witnessing significant growth and expanding its footprint across key markets. Delhi-NCR continues to be one of the most vibrant real estate destinations in the country, driven by strong end-user demand, infrastructure development and evolving consumer aspirations.”

He added that he looked forward to contributing to the company’s long-term vision by delivering strong customer experiences, strengthening market presence and driving sustainable business growth across Gurugram and Noida.

Part of the Adani Group, Adani Realty has built a growing portfolio of residential, commercial and integrated township projects across several major Indian cities. The company has steadily expanded its footprint in recent years as it seeks to capitalise on rising demand across key urban centres.

With Dhillon now taking charge of sales and marketing in Delhi-NCR, Adani Realty is signalling its intent to deepen its presence in one of India’s most important real estate markets. For the company, the appointment is as much about leadership strength as it is about laying the foundations for the next phase of growth.
