The 2026 AI Cost vs Workforce Study assigns realistic human salary equivalents to seven popular AI tools and calculates that the combined workload they can handle would cost a traditional Indian company Rs 45–50 lakh annually in salaries. In contrast, subscribing to all seven tools costs just Rs 4.5 lakh per year delivering a theoretical saving of over 90 per cent.
