iLink Digital appoints Anand Dhand as managing director, APAC

With two decades split between Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, Samsung, Intel, Nokia and LeadSquared, Dhand takes the managing director’s chair to scale the AI transformation company’s regional business

Big tech alumni have a way of resurfacing where enterprise growth needs a serious operator, and iLink Digital has just picked one of the better-travelled ones. The AI-led digital transformation company, headquartered in Seattle and with a substantial India footprint out of Pune, has appointed Anand Dhand as managing director, APAC, effective September 2026. His brief is unglamorous but consequential, enterprise relationships, strategic partnerships and scaling iLink’s AI-led solutions across a region that includes some of the world’s most competitive technology markets.

Dhand’s CV reads like a checklist of the companies every enterprise sales leader wants on their résumé. Before iLink, he led global alliances and international markets at LeadSquared, working with technology and business partners across India and the Middle East to widen the company’s reach. Earlier still, he held leadership roles at Microsoft, Intel, Amazon, Salesforce, Samsung Electronics and Nokia, spanning sales, alliances, business operations, product management and full profit-and-loss responsibility, a combination that suggests someone equally comfortable closing deals and running a business unit.

At iLink, that breadth translates directly into the job description. Dhand’s mandate covers building relationships with enterprise leaders, governments, industry bodies and subject-matter experts, and identifying new AI-led transformation opportunities across APAC, work that will lean heavily on iLink’s existing technology partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud and Databricks. Sree Balaji, group CEO and co-founder of iLink Digital, said Dhand’s experience across technology, enterprise businesses, partnerships and international markets made him a strong addition to the leadership team, and that his focus would be on deepening customer and partner relationships while taking the company’s AI-led solutions to more enterprises in the region.

Dhand himself struck an ambitious note, describing a strong opportunity to build iLink’s next phase of growth in APAC, and pointing to the company’s combination of deep technology capability and enterprise understanding as the foundation he intends to build on. That framing lines up neatly with where iLink is positioned, the company was founded in 2002, works with more than 25 Fortune 500 and over 40 Global 2000 companies, and holds recognition as a Microsoft Data and AI Solutions Partner with multiple Microsoft Partner of the Year awards. With over 3,000 professionals across 24 offices spanning the USA, India, Mexico, Portugal, Canada, the UAE, South Africa, Malaysia and Singapore, and clients across healthcare, energy, retail, manufacturing, telecom and government, the APAC region represents both an obvious growth market and one where Dhand’s big-tech alliance experience should count for a great deal.
