Galleri5 expands AI capabilities into full fledged production house

Collective Artists Network unit builds scalable AI workflows for content and creative production

MUMBAI: Galleri5 is moving from experimenting with AI to putting it to work, turning its capabilities into a full fledged AI native production house for the media and creative industries. Part of the Collective Artists Network group, Galleri5 is expanding its use of artificial intelligence across the real world process of developing and producing content, with applications spanning cinema, advertising and other creative sectors.

The studio is now building scalable AI led production workflows that can be integrated into the way businesses and creative teams ideate, develop and produce content. The shift takes AI beyond individual tools or isolated experiments and towards a broader production infrastructure that can be deployed across projects and at scale.

Rather than treating AI as a plug in at one stage of production, Galleri5’s approach brings the technology deeper into the content pipeline, with the aim of supporting creative teams from the early stages of ideation through development and production.

The move also reflects the changing role of AI in media and entertainment, where the conversation is increasingly shifting from what the technology can generate to how it can be embedded into repeatable creative and business workflows.

Galleri5’s approach was recently recognised with the Best Use of AI in Media and Entertainment award at the ET Enterprise, Making AI Work Awards 2026. The recognition comes as AI adoption expands from individual use cases towards larger production ecosystems.

For Galleri5, the next phase is therefore less about simply adding AI to the creative toolbox and more about rebuilding parts of the production process around it. The studio is positioning its AI capabilities as an operating layer for content creation, with scalability at the centre of its approach.
